Recently, Dafeng Mingyue Bearing Bush Co. Ltd. held its monthly work meeting for February, where department heads reported on the progress of work from the previous month and plans for this month. The meeting revealed that the company's production has steadily advanced at the beginning of the year, with progress made in multiple equipment upgrades and renovations, laying the foundation for achieving the annual goals.

In terms of production, during the Spring Festival, the water treatment system operated normally, and no pipeline freezing damage occurred. The generator set has been cleaned up, and the commissioning of the outsourced equipment is progressing smoothly. Now there are two chamfering machines running, two lathes running normally, a punching machine being debugged at present, and the oil groove cutter row and tool rest have been processed and are waiting for debugging. The deburring machine is working normally. In addition, the company also plans to improve the externally purchased deburring machine sand belt by upgrading it to a disc cutting tool to improve efficiency.

In terms of equipment renovation, in January, the technical department mainly focused on the renovation of boring machines. The debugging of the large diameter bearing of the oil tank has been completed, and the debugging of the large diameter bearing is currently underway. The servo renovation and commissioning of equipment such as automatic punching and material transfer, and inner and outer circular grinding hand wheels are also being carried out synchronously. The purchased punching machine tools is being reformed, and daily equipment maintenance work is being carried out in an orderly manner.

In terms of sales, the meeting reiterated the annual sales target for 2025, for which the company has added two new production lines and multiple new employees, providing guarantees for achieving the sales target.

In enterprise management, the meeting stressed the need to strengthen the training of new employee to ensure the formation of productivity in March. Meanwhile, we will continue to carry out equipment painting and beautification work to prepare for the relocation of the new factory area.
