On March 10, 2025, Dafeng Mingyue Bearing Bush Co., Ltd. convened its third monthly work meeting of 2025.

During the meeting, it was proposed that the production and technology departments focus on enhancing machine tool efficiency and workers' proficiency, while conducting comprehensive safety assessments on all equipment. The company plans to boost investment in safety equipment, assign specific responsible individuals, and refine its management practices. All equipment must be equipped with safety protection and monitoring measures, and non-compliant equipment should be subject to disciplinary actions and improvement plans.

Regarding equipment renovation, the top priority remains the renovation of boring machines. Protective covers and dust collection facilities should be added to the machines.

The relocation of the new factory area is imminent, and all departments are urged to plan and prepare accordingly, offering feasible suggestions.

At the conclusion of the meeting, General Manager Chen emphasized that, with the addition of new equipment such as internal and external grinding machines and an increase in employee numbers to over 120 in the first half of 2025, the monthly production target of 2.5 million pieces must move from being just a slogan to a tangible reality. He encouraged all employees to persist in striving towards this established goal.
