Dafeng Mingyue Bearing Bush Co. Ltd. held its fifth monthly work meeting for 2025

On May 5th, 2025, Dafeng Mingyue Bearing Bush Co. Ltd. held its fifth monthly work meeting for 2025.

The meeting pointed out that the trading volume in April exceeded a record high, and the existing management plan had achieved remarkable results, which should be continued and gradually improved. In order to encourage employees to produce more and increase output, the meeting passed the employee salary incentive mechanism.

As far as the quality control in bearing bush production is concerned, a quality accident happened in April. After confirming the quality problems of bearing shells, the company urgently recalled all affected products. Relevant departments traced back to the source, found out the cause of the incident, and put forward corrective measures. At the same time, they actively launched a remedy plans, which was well received by the customer. The customer spoke highly of our response speed and handling measures to this incident.

In terms of equipment transformation, boring machine transformation is still the focus. Large stamping machine should be tested as soon as possible and put into normal use.

In late May, the Ministry of Foreign Trade will participate in the 2025 INDONESIA INTERNATIONAL AUTO PARTS, ACCESSORIES & EQUIP EXHIBITION.
