1.Summary of Exhibition Achievements in Indonesia.

- The meeting fully affirmed the effectiveness of the Indonesia exhibition in May and requested the Ministry of Foreign Trade to strengthen customer follow-uprefine follow-up cooperation plans, and ensure order conversion rates.

2. Equipment renovation and upgrading.

Mr. Chen instructed:

-Accelerate the progress of equipment renovation, with a focus on improving equipment accuracy, production efficiency, and utilization to meet the trend of diversified market demand.

-Promoting the integrated transformation of the oil circulation system is expected to significantly reduce waste oil emissions and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

3. Employee incentive measures

-The meeting emphasized the implementation of a performance incentive mechanism this month to stimulate employees' enthusiasm for production.

2, Next Action Plan

-Foreign Trade Department: Submit a tiered follow-up plan for Indonesian exhibition customers within 3 days.

-Production Department: Complete the pilot renovation of the oiling machine and submit a data report by the end of June.

-Technical Department: Complete the oil machine renovation plan by the end of June.
