On July 7,2025, Dafeng Mingyue Bearing Bush Co. Ltd. convened its 7th monthly work meeting of the year in the second-floor conference room of the office building. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the production and operation in June, analyzed the existing problems in depth, and put forward the key work in July. -Market reaction:The Ministry of Foreign Trade implemented the company's email system, strengthened online promotion, and actively sought new customers to offset the fluctuations of order.
The meeting emphasized the quality problems in June and urged all departments to take warning and strictly implement the "zero defect" management standard. The quality control department will establish a case database for quality incidents to facilitate company-wide warning education.
As a core task for July, time is pressing for equipment relocation. A dedicated command team has been formed, with Director Li as the chief commander and Directors Ruan and Chen as deputies, ensuring seamless coordination between relocation and production to maintain output levels.
The General Manager emphasized in his closing remarks: "the competitive landscape in the second half of the year is severe.
