Leaders of Dazhong Sub-district Visit and Inspect the New Factory of Dafeng Mingyue

On the morning of August 1, 2025, Yu Bing, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Dazhong Sub-district, led a team to visit and inspect the new factory of Dafeng Mingyue, conducting an on-site investigation into the progress of production line relocation and the operation status after commissioning.Wenyin Chen , General Manager of the company, and heads of relevant departments accompanied the reception and focused on reporting the progress of production line relocation and the current operation status of the new factory.

During the inspection, the leadership team went deep into the production workshops that had completed relocation to check on-site the equipment operation, technological processes, and product quality control. The inspection team focused on visiting the commissioned production lines such as stamping, chamfering, and oil groove, and learned in detail about equipment debugging, capacity ramp-up, and product quality control. According to the trial operation data, the daily production capacity of the production lines reaches 80,000 pieces, the equipment utilization rate is stably above 95%, and the product qualification rate has increased by 3% compared with the old factory. The overall operation situation is good, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent full-scale commissioning.

The leaders affirmed Dafeng Mingyue's efficient organizational capacity and refined management in the process of production line relocation, believing that the mode of "relocating, debugging, and producing simultaneously" not only ensures the continuity of production but also accelerates the landing pace of the new factory. Meanwhile, combining with the industrial upgrading plan of the industrial park, the leadership team suggested that Dafeng Mingyue further strengthen intelligent transformation in the relocation of the remaining production lines and improve the environmental protection treatment system simultaneously to achieve the goal of "relocation means upgrading and commissioning means meeting standards".

The leaders stated that they would coordinate relevant departments to provide policy support for the enterprise to help the new factory achieve full production at an early date. The person in charge of Dafeng Mingyue said that they would strictly follow the leaders' guidance, speed up the relocation progress of the remaining production lines, and it is expected that all relocation work will be completed by the end of August this year. They will strive to make the annual production capacity of the new factory exceed 25 million pieces, contributing more to the regional industrial development.
