Regarding workshop management, the meeting proposed to comprehensively strengthen the inspection of air leakage points, achieve full coverage without omissions, and effectively ensure the safety and stability of the production environment. The company plans to complete the finishing work of the relocation to the new factory in September. After the relocation, the Employee Handbook will be updated and distributed in a timely manner, and the signing and filing of employee contracts will be completed simultaneously, so as to ensure the seamless connection of the human resource management process.
The meeting also conducted in-depth reflection on the quality accidents that occurred recently, putting forward the requirement of "not stumbling over the same brick twice".
