On April 3, 2025, Dafeng Mingyue Bearing Bush Co. Ltd. held its fourth monthly work meeting for 2025.

The meeting proposed that personnel availability rate is the breakthrough point for achieving current production goals. In view of the characteristics of many variety and few quantity in the maintenance market, the production department should adjust the production pace and take unconventional measures (such as a two shift) to complete the delivery of orders when necessary.

In terms of equipment renovation, boring machine renovation is still a key focus. The existing 2 boring machines should be improved as soon as possible, and the other 7 equipments should be completely reformed before the end of June. From April to June, the technical department will focus on equipment renovation, outsourcing all parts that can be processed by third parties. In terms of equipment maintenance and upkeep, all existing equipment has been beautified and daily maintenance and upkeep should be carried out.
